LIFE

From life

A week from tomorrow, i expect, hope, and plan to participate in the bound4life justice march in Houston. We're protesting the establishment of what would be the 2nd largest abortion facility on the Earth, which appears to be targeting minorities in the Houston area. And by the size of the facility, they're planning to kill off an entire generation of minorities in our area. The potential for death that this place would have is absolutely nauseating!

This event is very heavy on my heart right now. 'The Abortion Issue' has become so normal and overlooked, i think, by many Christians. I don't want to be one of them anymore. Thousands of babies are dying all the time, and i don't think we can afford to be complacent about that.

When i use the words 'protest march' and 'abortion' in the same paragraph, some people might imagine bombs and guns and yelling and whatnot. So please let me clarify. This event is organized by The Call and Bound4Life. We will be praying and marching and fasting and praying and.....that's it. We may also appear with red "LIFE" tape over our mouths. This is not a physically violent event.

I have marched and prayed with The Call before when they were in Nashville a couple of years ago. And i assure you there were no bullets or yelling or anything. In fact, our march was silent. It was an amazing experience. You could hear nothing but the movement of marchers' feet. This one will be a little different from what i've seen before since there is a press conference planned, and i don't know exactly what that will entail.

At any rate, if you live in the Houston area, i hope you'll watch the videos below and pray and/or join us. And if you don't live near Houston, check out the links anyway and see what is going on in your area.

Life matters. And i think this "issue" needs to matter a lot more to a lot more Christians, including me. Millions of lives depend on it.
