Scarf

I was commissioned by a facebook friend to make a scarf.  I was given the parameters of multicolored, and "she's not picky," and this is what i came up with.  I have to say i'm kind of happy about how it came out.  It's 8 inches wide and 64 inches long (taller than i am).  I hope she likes it.  I am awaiting approval.  If she doesn't like it, however, i won't be heart broken.  I think i am definitely going to make more of these.  I really dig 'em.  And i may want one for myself.

    My very favorite design is any bright colors surrounded by a black border...so guess what? I love it !!!

    Wow! That is one heck of a great scarf! And looks very cozy right now because, baby, it's COLD OUT THERE! You could totally sell these!

Let me start by saying that i am NOT an expert in bread-making.  I like to make bread, and my husband likes me to make bread, and i have messed up a lot of bread.  Also i have done a lot of reading and experimenting to learn how to stop messing up the bread. This i will share with you. Today i made basic white bread from a very old Betty Crocker cook book, and i took pictures for you. Every yeast bread recipe made with kneaded dough has certain elements to it, and the following very few tips can be used with any of them......no matter what the recipe says you should do. Ridiculous Ads for $100 Please

If you use Facebook, you may have noticed a vertical row of advertisements on the right hand column of your profile page that can be very entertaining. If you're not a Facebook user, please keep reading, i'll fill you in. Here's one of those ads: The heading reads "Women Born in 70s Look 25" . First of all, i take issue with that particular phenomenon being very miraculous, but let me know how this works for you. When i click on this link i learn about a middle-aged woman named Cara, who used to have wrinkles. Cara was 43 years old (NOT born in the 70s) when she stumbled upon a miracle cure for aging and wrinkles, blah, blah, blah. The most interesting thing about Cara is that she just happens to live in Coldspring, Texas. Can you believe it? I live in Coldspring, Texas!
